Wet Brownie Cookies
Ingredients
For the dough; 125 g butter, 1 egg, Half a glass of granulated sugar, Half a glass of oil, 2.5-3 glasses of flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 1 packet of vanilla, 4 tablespoons of cocoa
For the syrup; 1.5 glasses of water, 1.5 glasses of sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
First, add the oil and sugar. Then add the egg and butter and mix well. Add the flour and continue mixing.
Add cocoa, baking powder and vanilla last and knead well. Make walnut-sized dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Boil water and sugar for syrup. When it starts to boil, add lemon juice.
Boil for another 5 minutes. Make the syrup first so that it cools. Dip our hot cookies out of the oven into the cooled syrup and take them out and enjoy.
