Cake Part:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 6 tablespoons of oil
  • 6 tablespoons of milk
  • 6 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 1 packet of baking powder

First, we beat the sugar and eggs in a large bowl with a mixer. Then we add the liquid ingredients, then the flour, baking powder and cocoa and we get the cake mix. We bake our cake at 180-200 degrees.

Syrup for foam:

  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of water

Let it boil in a small pot on the stove. 1 min. we boil. takes it aside and 6 min. We let it cool. During this time, we are preparing the white foam part of the marshmallow.

  • 6 egg whites
  • 12 tablespoons of sugar
  • Whisk this mixture in a large bowl with a mixer, it turns into foam. When the 6 minutes we let the syrup cool down, we add the syrup little by little spoonful of the syrup to the foam and continue whisking. Our total whisk time is about 15. The longer we whisk, the better the foam part.

In the meantime, our cake is baked and we spread this foam on our baked cake. Then we bake it again in the oven at 150 degrees for 5 more minutes and leave it to cool.

You pour any chocolate sauce of your choice on it. I used Piyale’s ready-made Chocolate Sauce.

Let it cool before serving.

 size of the pan in which we will bake our cake is a 24×24 baking pan. I used my Square Pyrex baking dish.
