Coffee Brownie Intense
Ingredients
7-8 large dates
1 tablespoon of cocoa
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or tahini)
80 g dark chocolate
Filling: 1 teaspoon of Turkish coffee (or granulated coffee), 1 teaspoon of honey
Instructions
I took out the cores of the dates and kept them in hot water and rinsed them. I mixed and kneaded the date puree, cocoa and peanut butter, shaped it with my hand and pressed it with my finger (to put the cream).
I opened the coffee with a little hot water and added the honey and mixed it. I filled the middle parts of the dough I shaped.
I kept it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Then I covered it with melted chocolate and left it like this for 20 minutes. good luck🧡
