Labneh Cheese 1 kilogram
3 eggs
2 egg whites
Powdered Sugar 250 grams
Tikveşli Cream 250 grams
Flour 115 grams
Vanilla 12 grams
Salt 52 grams
Butter for the Base 50 grams - Burçak biscuits 250 grams-Honey 1 tablespoon- Cracked Hazelnut 50 grams
Instructions
First, let's prepare the base, add 50 grams of melted butter and 1 spoon of honey to 250 grams of ground biscuit, mix and spread it well in a 26 cm clamped mold.
If we are going to mix sugar, cream and labneh cheese in a bowl at medium speed, if we are going to mix it by hand, let's whisk in the same direction at the same speed, after the sugar melts well, add the eggs slowly.
After getting the consistency, add the flour, salt and vanilla. Then pour it into the mold and bake for 2 hours and 15 minutes at 120 degrees.
