Apple Roll Cake
Ingredients
For the cake; 🍎 3 eggs 🍎 1 cup of sugar 🍎 1 teaspoon of milk 🍎 1 packet of vanilla 🍎 1 pack of baking powder 🍎 1.5 cups of flour
For Apple Mortar; 🍎 6 apples 🍎 1 finger less sugar than 1 cup 🍎 1 teaspoon of crushed walnuts or hazelnuts 🍎 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
For the above; 🍎 Powdered sugar
Instructions
For the apple stuffing; apples are peeled and grated. It is taken into a non-stick pan, sugar is added and the apples are watered and cooked until the juice is absorbed. Remove from the stove, add cinnamon and walnuts and mix.
For the cake; Eggs and sugar are whitened and whisked until foamy. Add milk, baking powder, vanilla and flour and whisk again.
Lay the baking paper on the baking tray. Spread the apple mortar evenly on it. Cake mortar is spread on the apple mortar.
Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
After taking it out of the oven, the cake is turned upside down on another baking paper while it is still hot. Peel off the paper on the apple side.
The cake is then rolled into a roll. It is kept like this until it cools down. When it cools down, it is served by sprinkling powdered sugar on it.
