Ingredients

  • 2 glasses of boiled chickpeas, Half a tea glass of olive oil, juice of 1 lemon 4-5 tablespoons of tahini, 2 cloves of garlic, Salt, black pepper, cumin, Water

  • For the above; 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of butter, Red pepper powder

Chickpeas are soaked with salt water the night before. The next day, the water is filtered and passed through the water.

The chickpeas are put in a pot, water is added and left to cook. After the chickpeas have softened, take them out of the oven. Chickpeas are peeled to make a smooth hummus.

Chickpeas and other ingredients are taken into the food processor and pulverized. If it is too thick, add half a tea glass of the water in which the chickpeas were boiled.

When it reaches the consistency you want, it is taken to the serving plate. For the above; Add oil, butter and red pepper to the sauce pan. It is heated a little on the stove and poured over the hummus and served.
