Ingredients
For the dough: 2 glasses of water, 200 gr. margarine, 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, 8 eggs
Custard: 4 glasses of milk, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 glass of water Milk, 6 tablespoons of starch, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of butter
Chocolate sauce: 3 glasses of water, 3 tablespoons of flour, 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 100 g dark chocolate
Instructions
First of all, we melt water and margarine in a saucepan for the dough, add flour, sugar and salt, wait for the cooked dough to cool.
When it is warm, we add the eggs two at a time and feed them. We shape it with a spoon or with a piping bag like me and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
To prepare our pudding, we boil 4 glasses of milk and sugar in a saucepan. Add 1 glass of milk, starch and egg by whisking as a seasoning.
After cooking, we add butter to give it shine. You can fill the puddings after cutting the middle of the dough like me.
Put all the ingredients of the chocolate sauce in a saucepan. Let's add the chocolate after a little bit of cooking. You can decorate as you wish 🍫🤤
