Whole Wheat Flour Ramadan Pita

Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour

  • 1 packet of instant yeast

  • half a glass of milk

  • half glass of water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil or olive oil

  • Topping: 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of oil, Sesame

Instructions

Mix the yeast, warm milk and warm water in a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then add the oil, salt and flour and knead.

We leave it to ferment for 1 hour. Divide the dough into two. (I made two small ones, you can make one large if you want)

We spread the pitas on the tray, give their shape and apply the sauce. We pour sesame seeds on it and leave it on the tray for another 10 minutes and put it in the oven.
