Ingredients

  • 4 cups of white flour

  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast

  • 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar

  • half a teaspoon of salt

  • 90 ml olive oil

  • 240 ml of warm water

  • 1 teaspoon food coloring

Instructions

Take yeast, sugar and warm water in an empty bowl and mix. Then slowly add the olive oil, flour and salt to the mixture. Use a wooden spoon to mix all the ingredients.

Knead the dough until it reaches a non-sticky consistency. Then cover it with cling wrap and leave it for 1 hour.

After the fermentation process is over, knead the dough for a few more minutes and shape it with your hands. (You can use food coloring to color it)

Transfer the dough to a baking paper lined tray and let it rest for another 20 minutes. Put the dough in the oven set at 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
