Ingredients
5 cups of milk
2 egg yolks
6 tablespoons of granulated sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa
3 tablespoons of flour
100 g dark chocolate
2 spoonful butter
1 glass of cold water
Instructions
We put all the ingredients except butter, chocolate and cold water in a saucepan and mix until it boils.
When it boils, add the butter and chocolate, take it off the stove, mix it and cool it a little.
Then add cold water and whisk.
We pour it into cups for serving, you can serve it after resting in the refrigerator for a few hours.
