Souffle with Nutella
Ingredients
150 grams of Nutella (4 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon Butter
1 tablespoon of Cocoa
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of Sugar

Grease your souffle cups and brush with cocoa. Whisk the egg whites until frothy.

Microwave the Nutella for 1 minute to soften. Beat egg yolks with sugar.

Add Nutella and whisk. Add the egg whites and mix gently.
