Quince Apple and Celery Salad
Hello 🙂 today I want to start you with a recipe that I call both easy and vitamin store.
Ingredients
1 peeled celery, half of 1 green apple, half of 1 quince, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons of yogurt, half a tea glass of crushed walnuts
For the topping: Red pepper flakes, 3 walnuts, 2 teaspoons of dried mint
Instructions
First, we peel a medium-sized celery and then wash it. Then we grate the celery into a bowl. We cut a green apple and grate half of it into the bowl.
We peel the skins of the quince and grate it into the bowl. Add the walnuts on it and mix it with a spatula or spoon.
We take four tablespoons of yoghurt in a bowl, grate two cloves of garlic on it and start whisking the yoghurt with a fork.
After whisking the yogurt well, pour it into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix it with a spoon. We put it in a beautiful bowl and it's up to your imagination to decorate it. Enjoy your meal
