Healthy Wet Cake
A butter-free, flour-free moist cake with a soft consistency 🍰
Ingredients
2 eggs, 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup of coconut powder, 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 tablespoon of molasses (add 2 if you like it too sweet), 1 packet of baking powder, 1 packet of vanillin (even if you don't add it)
For the sauce: 1 glass of water, Milk 60 g dark chocolate
Instructions
I passed all the materials through the rondo and poured them into my debt, where I laid greaseproof paper.
I baked it in a 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. For the sauce, I melted dark chocolate in a bain-marie with a glass of milk.
After the cake was baked, I made holes in it with a toothpick and poured the sauce over it. After soaking the sauce (about 5-10 minutes), I took the cake into another bowl and turned it upside down.
I used pistachio and strawberries for decoration, even if they are not at all, their own consistency is nice enough 💖 Bon appetit 🤩
