Ingredients

  • Meatball Ingredients: Half a kilo of medium-fat ground beef, 1 egg, 1 small grated onion, 1 clove of crushed garlic, Half cup of crumbled bread crumbs, Salt, Black pepper, paprika

  • Absorbing materials: 4 eggplants, 2 capsicum peppers, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of oil

  • For the above: 1 tomato, 1 chili pepper, 1 tablespoon of butter

Meatballs are kneaded, shaped and rested in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Eggplant and peppers are roasted and chopped into small pieces. Saute diced onion and garlic in vegetable oil.

Eggplant and capia pepper are added and sautéed is continued. Spices are added and the stove is turned off.

Meatballs are fried in a little oil. Tomatoes and peppers, divided into 4, are fried in the remaining oil in the pan.

Söğürme is put into the serving bowl. Meatballs are placed on it. Add fried tomatoes and peppers. Hot butter is poured on top and served.
