Flour Halva
Ingredients
250 gr. Butter
2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
2 glasses of Water
Instructions
We melt the butter. Then add the flour, stirring constantly and roasting the flour. The roasted flour will smell and turn almost brown.
Then we add sugar and turn off the stove. Stir constantly so that the sugar dissolves. When we see that it has melted, we add 2 glasses of boiled hot water and close the lid for 5 minutes and let it brew on low heat.
After 5 minutes, we turn off the stove and, if you wish, cover your pot with a cover and let it brew (about half an hour). You can serve it by decorating it as you wish. Enjoy your meal.
