Fit Tiramisu
Ingredients
3 tablespoons of almond flour or oat flour
1 pack of vanilla
1 tablespoon of labneh
3-4 tablespoons of honey (will add when it cools❄️)
vanilla extract
4 teaspoons of granulated coffee
Powdered cocoa
1 package of plain meat (without salt)
Instructions
Mix the milk, flour and vanilla on medium heat until it thickens and boil for 5 minutes when it gets the consistency of pudding.
When the mixture is warm, add 1 tablespoon of labneh and then 3-4 tablespoons of honey and mix well.
In a large bowl, add 4 tablespoons of granulated coffee and about 2 cups of water and 6-7 drops of vanilla extract and mix.
Wet the meats slowly with coffee without immersing them too much in the water. Arrange the soaked meat in 1 row on my debt. Spread the pudding-like mixture on it and repeat this once more.
Sprinkle cocoa powder on the top layer (on top of the pudding) with the help of a sieve. Cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator and the delicious FIT TIRAMISU is ready. Eat with pleasure❤️
