Tomato Basil Rice Rice
Ingredients
2 cups of rice
2 spoonful butter
3 medium tomatoes
1 teaspoon basil
1 piece of sugar
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Salt
4 cups broth or plain water
Instructions
Tomatoes are passed through the rondo. The oil is melted in the pan and the tomatoes are added.
When the tomatoes have drained, washed rice, sugar, salt, basil are added and roasted for a few more minutes.
Add hot water and let it cook. When the water is absorbed, paper towel is covered on it and rested for 15 minutes.
