Fit Lemon Semolina Balls
A very light and practical recipe that you can consume while on a diet. Each ball is 35 calories.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons of semolina
1 glass of milk (200ml)
zest of 1 lemon
2.5 tablespoons of honey
coconut powder
Instructions
Take 3 tablespoons of semolina and 200 ml of milk in a saucepan and cook until it thickens. Turn off the heat and add honey and lemon zest and mix well.
We keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour, then we take it out and make tiny balls and we find it in coconut powder, it turns out about 12 balls.
You can store the rest in the refrigerator again, bon appetit.
