Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 65 grams of butter

  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar

  • 1 pack of vanilla

  • Half a pack of baking powder

  • flour as it takes

  • 13 large dates

Take the eggs and butter at room temperature in a large bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth, then add powdered sugar.

Add 1 pack of vanillin, half a pack of baking powder and a flour control. A dough that will not stick to the hand is obtained.

The dough is put in the middle of the greaseproof paper and shaped in a rectangular shape, the filling will be placed in the middle.

For the filling, the dates that have been kept in hot water for 3-5 hours are taken to the rondo and pulled until a smooth consistency. Then, the date filling is put into our long, cylindrical cookie dough.

Cookie rolls are made with greaseproof paper. The ends of the wax paper are bent and put in the freezer for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, the cookie dough is taken from the greaseproof paper, our roll cookies are cut one by one in 2 cm thickness and placed on a tray with greaseproof paper. Baked at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Notes

The dough that comes out of the freezer must be hard so that it can be cut. The shape of the cookie should be a filled roll.
