Homemade Chicken Doner
Ingredients
The materials are; 1 whole chicken breast, 2 thighs
For the sauce; 1 grated onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon powdered paprika, 1 teaspoon chili pepper, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon pepper or tomato paste (I used pepper)
For service; French fries, Curly, Tomato
Instructions
Let's make the sauce first. Let's grate a bowl of onion with the thin side of the grater. Let's crush the garlic and add it to the paste. Add the yogurt, oil, spices and salt and mix well.
Let's separate the chicken meat from their skins and thin it with the help of a knife on the board, making cuts between the leaves and leaves so that the sauce gets in between them.
Then we put the chickens in the sauce and find them well. Let's cover it with clingfilm and refrigerate it for at least 3 hours.
Chickens soaked in sauce are placed on one side of greasy paper or baking paper, wrapped in rolls, wrapped in another greasy paper or baking paper, wrapped in the latest stretch and lifted into the compressed freezer.
It needs to be kept for at least one night. When it is done, let's remove it from the freezer 1 hour in advance, when it has a cutable consistency (it is definitely not soft or it will not be cut) and finely chop it.
Put butter or oil in the pan and cook it so that it does not overlap.
