Bread Sticks (Grissini)
Ingredients
3 cups flour
1.5 teaspoons of granulated sugar
1 pack of instant dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of lukewarm water
Instructions
First of all, take warm water close to the heat in a bowl. Add yeast and granulated sugar to it and mix. Cover it with a plate and leave it for 10 minutes. Let the yeast and sugar activate and swell.
In another mixing bowl, take the flour, salt, olive oil and mix. Add the yeast mixture that rises on it and knead well. (It will be a hard dough)
Take it to the counter and make the dough well. Cover the dough you kneaded with cling film, cover it with a clean cloth and let it ferment for 25-30 minutes in a warm environment.
Take the fermented dough and divide it into 3 parts. Make the first piece of meringue and roll it to a thickness of 1-1.5 cm with the help of a rolling pin.
Cut into strips one inch apart and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake the bars you prepared in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown. Bon Appetit.

Tip of the Recipe and Cooking Suggestion:
Make sure that the dough roll thickness is neither too thin nor too thick. When cutting into strips, I say do not cut more than 1 finger wide.
