Ingredients
1 kg ground beef mince
250 grams of oil
1.5 tea glasses of stale Trabzon bread made in a robot (normal bread can also be used)
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt

Add all the ingredients and knead well (about 10 minutes).

It is shaped into meatballs and covered and rested in the refrigerator for 1 night.
