Grilled Chicken Skewer
Ingredients
1 kilo chicken breast
1 plate of hip skewers to be chopped into small cubes
Half a teaspoon of oil
half a cup of milk
1 spoon of tomato paste
1 spoon of yogurt
4-5 grated garlic
1 teaspoon of cumin
paprika, thyme, black pepper, granulated sugar
Salt 1 teaspoon
Half a lemon
Leave of Daphne

Instructions
Chop the chicken into cubes, wash and drain.
Prepare the sauce in a deep bowl, add the chicken, mix it and leave it in the sauce for 3 hours.
Chop the peppers broadly. Take the skewer 2 chicken 1 pepper, 2 chicken 1 pepper or arrange according to your taste.
Heat the grill and cook on the grill. You can also put extra peppers and tomatoes on the grill.
