Ingredients
25 Gr. Yeast
150 ml. Milk
20 gr. of sugar
1 Egg
300 gr flour
310 g Butter
1 cup Remonce (butter sugar mixture)
Instructions
Knead a dough with yeast, milk, sugar, flour and eggs, which are quite cold. Spread in the form of a rectangle. Put butter in two-thirds and fold.
You can let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes. Repeat this process two more times. It opens about 8 mm thick, you can cut it into a triangle.
Apply Remonce (Butter, sugar mixture) and shape it into a moon crescent. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C until golden brown. After cooling a little, glaze and serve.
