Strawberry Crumble
Ingredients
For the base; ✔️400 grams of strawberries ✔️6-7 drops of lemon juice ✔️1 tablespoon of sugar ✔️1 tablespoon of flour ✔️1 tablespoon of starch
For the above; ✔️5 heaped tablespoons of flour ✔️3 tablespoons of butter ✔️2 tablespoons of sugar ✔️1 pinch of salt
While serving; ✔️Ice Cream
Instructions
Add lemon juice, sugar and flour to the washed and chopped strawberries and mix, cook a little on low heat or do not cook, if you prefer, then add them to the oven dish.
For the crumb on it, mix the flour, sugar, salt and mix the butter you took out of the freezer into the flour with your fingertips. It should reach the consistency of wet sand (if you wish, pass it through the robot for 10 seconds until it looks like sand)
Put the sauce we made in the baking dish and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden brown. When you take it to my serving plate, serve with vanilla ice cream. Bon appetit ❤️
