Semolina Dessert
Ingredients
1 bowl of semolina
1 bowl of granulated sugar
1 bowl of milk
1 bowl of water
1 teacup of oil
cinnamon
Walnut
Instructions
We use a large bowl as the measure. We use all our ingredients according to this bowl.
We add the oil to a large pan with a lid and put it on the stove at medium heat. We are waiting for the oil to warm up.
Add the semolina to the heated pan and oil. Stirring constantly, we fry the semolina.
At the same time, we add sugar, milk and water in a saucepan and put it on the other side of the stove.
We are constantly mixing our syrup. Even if the syrup does not boil. The important thing is to dissolve the sugar in it.
Slowly add the syrup to the roasted semolina. We mix it one last time and set it aside to infuse.
