Potato Gnocchi (Dumplings)
Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 egg
1 medium potato
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Boil and mash the potato, add eggs, flour and spices and knead into dough. After cutting the dough into pieces and giving it the shape you want, we boil it in water.

I used tomato paste, tomato, cheese and parsley for the top.. you can consume it according to your own taste
