Meat Saute in Bazlama
Ingredients
Half kilo of sautéed meat
1 base base
1 capsicum pepper
2 green peppers
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Enough slices of cheddar cheese
A little grated cheddar
Black pepper, Red pepper flakes, Thyme, Ground red pepper, Salt,
3-4 tablespoons of ketchup (or tomato paste opened with 1 tablespoon of water)
Instructions
The meat is put in a pan with oil and fried. When the water is released and withdrawn, onion and garlic are added and frying is continued.
Peppers are added and roasted. Salt joins. Add a couple of diced tomatoes. Add a glass of hot water.
When the meat is cooked, the spices are added and the stove is turned off. The base is divided into two. Saute is poured over the pan.

Put cheddar slices on it. The second floor of the bazlama is closed. Ketchup is poured on it. Grated cheddar sprinkled. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the cheese melts and turns brown. It is sliced and served.
