Korean Style Chicken

Ingredients

  • For Bulama Material; 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon salt, Red powdered pepper, black pepper, cumin, chili pepper, garlic powder

  • Sauce Ingredients; 1 teaspoon soy sauce or ketchup, 2 tablespoons of chili paste, 3 cloves of garlic, 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

We chop our chickens, add milk and spices into it and mix. We marinate for at least an hour. (You can keep it overnight 🤩)

Let’s dip our marinated chicken in the flour mixture and add oil to the pan and fry it until it is very crispy.

Let’s move on to the sauce, add the olive oil to the pan. Let’s add the chopped garlic and add the tomato paste and soy sauce last and cook.

Then let’s put our chicken in sauce and serve it, I served it with green onions and sesame and ate it.
