Kadayif Dessert with Oat Pudding
Ingredients
Oatmeal (pull the oats out of the rondo/ 4 heaped tablespoons)
Milk (4 cups)
2 tablespoons of honey, carob extract, dates, bananas, etc., your choice)
Labneh (1 tablespoon/ I didn't put it) For the kadayıf part, I roasted the kadaifi in a pan and put walnut pieces in it.
Instructions
Mix the oat flour and milk on the stove until it thickens. Then we take it off the stove and let it cool.
Then we add the sweetener, if you wish, the labneh. We make a mixture of kadayif and walnuts.
Then we proceed to the first floor as 2 layers with a mixture of kadayif on pudding. Then you decorate it as you wish.
