Healthy Cocoa Banana Cake
Today I made a very delicious, very healthy and very practical banana cake. And less material. I'm on schedule right now.
Ingredients
3 small or 2 large bananas
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of milk
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1 packet of baking powder
2 soup spoons of cocoa
60 gr dark chocolate (I cut half of it into small pieces and added half of it by melting it on a bain-marie)
Instructions
First, I mashed the bananas with a fork. Then I beat the eggs in a separate bowl until they were foamy.
I added the mashed bananas on it, added the milk and whisked again. Lastly, I slowly added flour, baking powder, cocoa and half of the dark chocolate that I cut with the help of a knife, and continued beating. (I did all of the whisking with a mixing wire).
I baked it in a cake mold on which I laid greaseproof paper at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes in a controlled manner. I melted the remaining half of the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and poured it over it and served. Everyone who tried it loved it, I hope you will too. Bon appetit 😋
