Ingredients

  • 10 rosemary leaves

  • 2 liters of milk

  • walnut

  • Strawberry

  • 2 tablespoons of rose water

  • powdered sugar

  • 3 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 pack of vanilla

Instructions

We take milk, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan and heat it. We add rose water to the sweetened milk.

We arrange the Güllaç leaf with the shiny part on top and pour our milk on it so that everything is wet.

We repeat this process until the gullaç leaves are halfway, and when we reach the half, we sprinkle our chopped walnuts.

We put the remaining Güllaç leaves on top of it by going through the same processes.

After making the last layer, we decorate it with strawberries (whatever you want to decorate with) and let it cool in the fridge.

Notes:

The sugar-milk mixture should be at a temperature that will not burn your hands. If it is too hot, it will be like dough. After putting the Güllaç leaf, we sprinkle some powdered sugar.
