Fit Chocolate Date Balls
Ingredients
6-7 dried dates
1.5 teaspoons of cocoa
1 tablespoon of roasted hazelnuts (or any nut of your choice)
Instructions
We remove the cores of the dates and soak them in hot water until they soften, it will be enough to wait for about 15-20 minutes.
We pass the softened dates and cocoa through the blender. We add the roasted hazelnut kernel (or any nut of your choice) into it.
We make small balls by wetting our hands slightly and keep them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
We cover the outside of the balls that we took out of the cabinet with 8 pieces of dark chocolate melted in a bain-marie (you can put them in coconut if you want) and put them on the greaseproof paper we have laid and keep them in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
You can consume the date balls you take out of the refrigerator with your coffee or with your tea. Enjoy your meal :)
