Custard with Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
For the pudding: 6 tablespoons of flour, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 1 egg, 1 liter of milk, 1 box of cream, 2 packets of vanilla
For caramel: 1 glass of sugar, 3 tablespoons of water, 1 box of cream
To decorate: Almond, 1 puff pastry dough
Instructions
One puff pastry is baked in the oven. Flour, sugar, eggs, milk are whisked well and taken to the stove. It is boiled until it thickens. When it is cooked, it is removed from the stove, cream and vanilla are added and whipped with a mixer for at least five minutes.
It is put into service containers. When it comes to room temperature, it is put in the refrigerator. For caramel, water and sugar are put on the stove. On low heat, it is shaken from time to time, allowing the sugar to melt and take on color.
When the desired color is achieved, the heated cream is added and mixed continuously. The stove is turned off.
The homogeneously mixed caramel is poured over the custard. Fried puff pastry The bottom and top layers of fried puff pastry are crumbled.
Puff pastry and almonds are spread over the caramel layer. It is served cold.
