Cherry Fit Cake
Ingredients
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of milk
2 tablespoons of coconut oil (you can also use olive oil or hazelnut oil)
2 cups whole wheat flour (you can also use oat flour)
1 packet of baking powder
drops of dark chocolate
as many cherries as you want (don't ask where to find cherries in the middle of winter, they are sold frozen in the markets
Instructions
Whisk the eggs until frothy. Then add the honey and whisk.
Add milk and oil and whisk. Gradually add the flour and baking powder and mix well.
Add the cherries and dark chocolate and mix gently with a spoon.
We lubricate the mold very little and pour it into our mold. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. It may vary from oven to oven, check from time to time 😁 Bon appetit
