Ingredients

  • 290 g chocolate (I used dark milk mixed)

  • 3 eggs

  • 90 g butter (6 tablespoons)

  • 150 g sugar

  • Vanillin

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 140 g flour (1 cup)

Preheat your oven to 150 degrees and place 18-20 cm thick greaseproof paper.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan, turn off the heat and add the chocolates. Stir until the chocolate melts.

Beat 3 eggs, vanilla and sugar in another bowl, be careful not to foam too much at this stage, then add the melted chocolate and mix well.

Add flour last, mix well and pour the mixture into the mold. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes. Wait for it to cool down when it comes out of the oven.
