Breakfast/Sahoor Pancakes
Ingredients
For the pancakes: 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of oat flour (any flour you want), 5 tablespoons of milk, Salt
For the stuffing: 2 tablespoons of curd cheese, Green pepper, Mint, ground pepper
Instructions
I applied olive oil to the non-stick pan with a brush. I poured the pancake batter and turned it when the bottom side was cooked.
I spread the curd and pepper mixture and broke the egg in the middle, when the bottom part was cooked a little, I folded the edges.
I covered it with a lid and cooked it on low heat until the egg reached the consistency I wanted. Bon appetit 🥰
