Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 date soaked in hot water
1 banana
1 tablespoon of oats
1.5 glasses of milk
8-10 blackberries
Instructions

Soak the dates in hot water for 10-15 minutes.

We take 3 tablespoons of the water in which we kept the dates and pass them through the blender to make a puree with the dates.

Let's add all the other ingredients and pass them through the blender and it's ready. Enjoy your meal.
