Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized sea bream (you can reduce or increase according to the number of people.)

  • 2 medium onions

  • 2 medium potatoes

  • 2 medium size tomatoes

  • 3 green peppers

  • 2 lemons

  • 2 diş sarımsak

  • Olive Oil, Red Pepper, Isot, Salt (You can add any spices you want.)

We scratch the tops of the fish, wash them thoroughly and drain. We salt and wait for half an hour. Meanwhile, we chop the vegetables.

For the sauce, we mix olive oil, chili pepper, isot and salt in a bowl. We take the fish on the tray and sauce it thoroughly inside and out.

Then we put the sliced lemons between the fish. We put the chopped vegetables on the tray.

Pour the remaining sauce over the vegetables. We crush the last two cloves of garlic and pour it all over the fish.

We bake it in a 250© oven until it turns brown like a pomegranate. Good luck to those who will try it already 🤗
