Potato Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes

  • 2 eggs

  • Spices of your choice

  • Salt

  • Half a teaspoon of olive oil

  • For the above; Garlic yoghurt and sauce

Instructions

Boil the potatoes. Mash the boiled potatoes well.

Add olive oil, egg, salt and spices and mix them all. Shape it by rolling it with your hands.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. Pour yogurt and sauce over it. Bon appetit.
