Olive Oil Leaf Wrap
Ingredients
500 grams of vine leaves (I put them in the freezer in the summer)
1 cup of rice
1 cup of bulgur
1 onion
1 diced tomato
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 teaspoon pepper paste
1.5 teaspoons of dried mint, 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
1/2 (half) teaspoon of cumin
Salt
olive oil

While cooking, it should be cooked on low heat for 1 hour after boiling over high heat until boiling.
