Oatmeal Roll Cake With Fruit And Chocolate Filling
Ingredients
1 cup of oat flour (I turned it into flour in the robot)
15 walnuts (I turned them into flour in the robot)
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of water (for the dough to thicken)
1 tablespoon of sugar-free blackberry jam for the filling (you can use any jam, I used Tamek brand)
Half a pack of dark chocolate
Instructions
I put oats, walnuts, honey and 2 tablespoons of water in the food processor. I ran the robot until it got a consistency (like dough).
Then I put the dough I obtained between the greaseproof paper and shaped it with a rolling pin. (I created a thin layer).
Then I spread a tablespoon of jam evenly over my dough and let my dark chocolate rest in the freezer for 5 minutes until it melted in a bain-marie.
When my chocolate melted, this time I evenly distributed my chocolate on the jam and rolled it up. After cooling for a while in the fridge, I sliced and served.

Notes
A recipe that doesn't need to be cooked. After resting for a while in the refrigerator, you can slice and serve.
