  • Half a pack of fresh yeast

  • 1 glass of water Milk

  • 1 glass of water

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 5.5 cups of flour (200ml)

  • 2 egg yolks for topping

We heat milk and water. Then add your yeast and dissolve it in it so that the yeast becomes active.

Let's add sugar, salt and olive oil into it and mix it well, then add our flour.

It will be a soft dough. Let's ferment our dough, divide it into 2 equal parts, thin it a little with our hands and put it on the tray.

Let's leave it on the tray for a while, then brush it with eggs and give it a shape. Let's throw it in the oven, I cooked it at 200 degrees, but it may vary in every oven.
