Healthy Uncooked Chickpea Cookie
Ingredients
1 cup of chickpeas
2 tablespoons of honey
2-3 tablespoons of water
Instructions
We pass 1 glass of chickpeas through the rondo and grind it into flour.
Then we add 2 tablespoons of honey, 2-3 tablespoons of water and mix.
We shape it and keep it in the refrigerator for a while. And ready!

Notes:
If the mixture is not shaped and dispersed by hand when we add our ingredients, you can add a little more water. It comes out 7 pieces. It may vary by size.
