Scones
Ingredients
3.5 teaspoons of flour
75 grams of butter
2 teaspoons of baking powder
half a teaspoon of salt
1 egg
3 tablespoons of milk
Instructions
Mix the flour, salt, baking powder in a deep bowl, add the cubed cold butter on it and mix it into the flour thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk, add to the dough and knead. (Add flour if needed).
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1.5-2 cm, cut it into rounds with the help of a glass and place it on the baking tray.
Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bon Appetit.
