Ingredients
4 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of cornmeal
1.5-2 glasses of water (flour quality will change the amount of water)
200 grams of string cheese (colot cheese)
Salt (you can adjust according to the salt rate of the cheese you use)
Instructions
The butter is melted, and when the foam becomes foamy, corn flour is added. It is fried until it turns color and the smell of flour comes out.
Continuing to mix, add water and salt. It is mixed until clumping is gone.
Then the mixing is stopped and left to cook on low heat until the oil rises above it.
When the oil rises to the top, cheese is added and mixed continuously. When you extend it with a spoon, it means it's done.👍🙂 It is served hot. Bon appetit 😊
