Orange Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
3 eggs
1.5 cups granulated sugar
1 glass of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 orange zest
half a cup of chocolate chips
half a teaspoon of oil
2 cups flour
2 soup spoons of cocoa
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer for at least 5 minutes. Add the liquid oil, orange juice and orange peels and continue to beat with the mixer.
In a separate bowl, we add flour, baking powder, vanilla, cocoa to the sifted mixture gradually and continue whisking. We add the chocolate chips last. Pour the dough into the greased cake mold.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-30 minutes on the upside-down setting.
