Celery Fries
Ingredients
1 medium celery
1 egg
3 tablespoons of flour
Water
flower oil
Salt and Spice
Instructions
After peeling and washing the celery, it is cut in half in half and sliced in half-moon shape in a very thin and not very thick way.
It is then boiled in a pot of water until soft, but avoid melting.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, flour, water, salt and spices. The consistency should be fluid, depending on this, flour or water can be added.
After getting oil in a pan and getting hot, let's dip our celery into the mixture and start frying.
You can get it when you see that the celery is fried on both sides. It turns out to be a crispy and unusual recipe. Bon appetit 🙂
