Strawberry Tiramisu in a Cup
Ingredients
For the pudding; 1 liter of milk, 2 spoons of flour, 2 spoons of starch, 8 spoons of sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 pack of vanillin, 1 pack of labneh
To put in between; 20 ladyfinger biscuits, 1 glass of water, 2 spoons of granulated coffee, 200 gr strawberries
For the top; 2 spoons of powdered cocoa
Instructions
Mix the flour, starch and sugar, add the egg yolk and milk, put it on the stove and cook it by stirring constantly. When the pudding is bubbling, add the vanilla and labneh, turn off the stove and whisk well, the pudding is ready.
In order to prevent a skin from forming on the top, stir occasionally while kneading the pudding. In the meantime, add strawberries to the bottom of your glasses. Melt the granulated coffee with water. Break the ladyfinger biscuits in half and moisten them with coffee. Put biscuits, some pudding, biscuits and pudding on top of the strawberries in 2 layers (this amount made 10 glasses).
sprinkle cocoa powder on it, wait 3-4 hours in the fridge and your dessert is ready to serve, enjoy your meal
