Vegan Meatballs
Ingredients
3 carrots
1 cup of lentils
1 bowl of oats
2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
2 cloves of garlic
parsley - green onion
half a lemon
ground pepper
cumin, black pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
Steam the carrots. Boil the lentils with 2 cups of water.
Then, combine all the ingredients by mashing the carrots with a fork and cook them in the oven until they turn golden brown.
Consume it with tahini sauce or yogurt sauce, it is very tasty and has high nutritional value.
